Web App login

To log into the Loan Performer Web App, you need authorization from your Microfinance Institution. The system administrator of your MFI should have registered the MAC address of the device you intend to use. This is only possible in the desk top application under the menu System /Configuration/LPF Web Application/MAC address settings.

At login into the Web App, LPF will check if the MAC address of the device is registered in the database otherwise, access will be denied.

How to connect to the LPF Web Application

To login, enter the URL address of the App into your web browser, the following screen appears:

• Language: Click on the flag corresponding to the language of your choice e.g. "EN - English"
• Organization short name: In the field provided, enter the short name of your organisation that you gave Crystal Clear Software Limited for the license. The system will check if your organisation is registered among clients with authorization to access the LPF web App.e.g. "Macreco".
• Authenticate: Click on this button to validate the authenticity of your organisation, the following screen appears:

• Type of service: From the drop down menu, select the type of Loan Performer service you want to connect to e.g. "WebApp".
• Username: Enter your username in the field provided.
• Password: Enter your password in the field provided.
• Login: Click on this button to connect to the Loan Performer Web App, the following dash board of the application shows up:
